Depletion of usable land, reliance on an inflated market and an extreme wealth gap is the backdrop for my fantastical narrative of Hong Kong's uncertain future.  Victoria Harbour will be completely reclaimed, and the void would house slums for the majority of the public, unable to afford ‘standard’ subdivided flats on  stable land. Pedestrianised ‘skywalks’ dot the above sea level landscape catered for the rich, where temples and monasteries are in visible sight at all times.
